Local Food Challenge at FourFront!

EcoFront is hosting our own local food challenge for FourFront Design employees on September 15th. 

Mixed green salad with goat cheese and roasted beets from Dakota Thyme

Everyone is encouraged to bring a potluck dish that uses local ingredients from within 200 miles of Rapid City or the state of South Dakota. The competition will include winners for the best meat dish, vegetarian dish, side dish, salad, dessert, and garden-grown dish.
